1. How quickly will I see results from my digital marketing efforts?


A. It depends on the service. For Paid Advertising (SEM/Google Ads), results are nearly immediate, but for SEO, expect gradual, sustainable growth.


  • Paid Ads (SEM/Google Ads): You will see traffic and clicks within days of campaign launch. We focus on optimizing these campaigns constantly, so while you see activity immediately, peak ROI is typically achieved within the first 1-3 months.
  • SEO (Organic Search): Building organic authority takes time. You should expect to see measurable movement in keyword rankings and organic traffic, on average, within 3 to 6 months, with significant, sustained growth achieved around the 12-month mark.


2. How are your fees structured for Google Ads/PPC management?


A. We offer flexible, transparent models, primarily Flat-Fee or a Percentage of Ad Spend, tailored to your budget.


We ensure that our incentives align with your success. Your management fee for Google Ads is calculated using one of two methods: a Flat Monthly Fee for predictable budgeting, or a Percentage of Ad Spend (typically 10-20%), which allows the fee to scale fairly with the size and complexity of your campaign budget. We will outline the most cost-effective and beneficial structure during your initial consultation.


3. Will I retain ownership of my accounts (website, Google Ads, etc.)?


A. Absolutely. You maintain 100% ownership and control of all digital assets and accounts.


At Lotus Listings Inc., we operate on a partnership model. This means that your website domain, your Google Ads account, Google Analytics, and all digital properties remain securely registered under your business. We simply operate within your accounts with management access to execute our strategies. If our partnership ever ends, you lose none of the progress, data, or digital property we've helped build.
